I first heard the story on KFI radio out of Los Angeles, and it’s popped up on several different blogs and websites.  Howard Stern wanted to see how much truth there was to the premise that black people were supporting Obama, not because he’s black, but because of the issues.  So Howard Stern sent a crew to Harlem to conduct several “man on the street” interviews.  The great part was that they presented several positions of McCain as though they were Obama’s positions, and the interviewees did a wonderful job of exposing their ignorance and true positions.
